Recipe: Chilpachole veracruzano

Ingredients
- camarones frescos
- 6 camarones secos
- 2 chiles anchos desvenados
- 2 chiles chipotles desvenados
- 1 rama de epazote
- 3 dientes de ajo
- 1 1/2 cebolla
- 1 tomate
- 1/4 de pulpa de jaiba

Procedure
Se muelen los camarones secos con los chiles anchos, los chipotles, el ajo, la cebolla y el jitomate. Se fríe en 3 cucharadas de aceite, se sazona y se le pone un litro de agua.
Cuando ya esté hirviendo, se añaden los camarones frescos, la pulpa de jaiba, el epazote y se deja hervir como un minuto.
